I have not found a way to reproduce this consistently, but sometimes when I look at Github issues or PRs all of the "on May 5" or "11 hours ago" times on the comment boxes will by styled in Times New Roman, contrary to the rest of the page. They will individual correct themselves when I hover the text, or all of them will be restyled properly when I open the layout inspector.
