Details

A user shouldn't have to begin the sync setup process in order to complete this tour. Just viewing the information is enough to mark it as complete. This affects the 56 new user tour and the 57 update user tour.
Thanks for opening the issue. Because the behavior is similar to Fast & Modern tour, I've put the solution to the patch in bug 1381407 for some convenience on process. But we still need to verify it.
