I'm getting a session restore button in the home page footer when I launch Firefox and the last time Firefox was open I only had the home page open. Restoring session simply reloads the home page. Steps to reproduce: 1. On latestnightly launch Firefox and ensure that the only page you have loaded is the home page. 2. Close Firefox. 3. Launch Firefox Results: See the session restore button in home page footer. Expected Results: Not see the session restore button in the the home page footer. Tested on: Windows 7 nightly build from 7/18

The last needinfo from me was triggered in error by recent activity on the bug. I'm clearing the needinfo since this is a very old bug and I don't know if it's still relevant.
