Steps To Reproduce:
0. Start browser with new profile
1. Open attached
--- infinite loop as expected due to bug 380806
2. Exit browser and wait until completely shutdown process
3. Restart browser
4. Click [+] button so that new tab page will open
Actual Results:
Thumbnails no longer listed
Expected Results:
Thumbnails should be listed
