[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Install https://adons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/addon/instagram-image-downloader/ 
2.Navigate to https://www.instagram.com.
3.Tap on a picture.

[Expected results]:
- One icon is displayed in the URL bar.

[Actual results]:
- Two icons are displayed in the URL bar.

[Additional notes]:
- This issue reproduces constantly.
- None of the buttons work.
- Please see the attached video for this issue.

I did some testing locally on both the current mozilla-central tip and on top of the fixes from Bug 1384964,
and while I'm able to reproduce this issue on Nightly, it looks like that it is not reproducible with the changes from Bug 1384964 patches.

My guess is that Bug 1384964 is generating this issue as a side-effect of pageAction.show called with tabId 0 by the extension.

I'm marking this as duplicate of Bug 1384964 (and then we will explicitly verify it once the fixes from Bug 1384964 has been landed).
