ExtensionInfo icon urls are relative and need to be combined with hostPermission moz-extension:// to get the full url but when the extension is disabled these are both missing. Previously acquired icon urls also become inaccessible so it is not possible to show the icons of disabled extensions. On Chrome the icon urls work directly without having to manually add the extension's root (instead using chrome://extension-icon/) and they continue to work when the extension is disabled.
