Following bug 1366851, on RTL builds, the sidebar icon should probably reflect on the directionality of the browser (the 3 dots that represent the close, minimize and maximize buttons. These appear on the left side of the window on RTL builds).

A good example for how it should look like is on attachment 8881811 [details] (when the sidebar is on the left).
bug 1355455 will fix this.
