A new change from Mozilla 0.99 to 1.0RC1 is that the "Open in New Tab" option
appears first when I right-click a link.  This is terribly agrivating, as I
don't like or use the Tabs feature.  Please move it down (or better yet, provide
an option to hide this feature entirely) so that the "Open in New Window" option
appears at the top of context menus.  Thanks.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a web page
2. right-click a link in the page
3. mistakenly click the first item, thinking it's "Open in New Window"
