Details

Remove ifdef/ifndefs added in the course of bug 1352065 and strip out the non-MOZ_PHOTON_THEME code and assets in the downloads theme and component files.

Given the complexity of the Downloads stylesheets, I suggest doing this portion now even if we don't work on the full scope of bug 1385913, which is still indicated as P3. This will definitely speed up and simplify reviews to the planned changes we still have to make in that area.

I just put a patch on bug 1385913 to remove MOZ_PHOTON_ANIMATIONS.
