User Story

When making changes to Firefox, I'd like to have:

* Hot CSS reloading. When I make a change to a CSS file, it should automatically reload in a running instance of Firefox without needing a restart
* In-content refresh. For in-content pages (about:preferences, for example), I want to simply refresh the page to see changes
* Quicker restart. Quickly close and re-open the browser (restoring the session state) without going back to the terminal
