I went to Bookmarks -> File Bookmark -> New Folder (added folder to Personal Toolbar Folder Then i went and clicked on the new folder in the personal toolbar. the link was correctly put there but above it there was a gray (Empty) text. (I'm guessing this goes away on browser restart perhaps. -S
