Bookmarks are not saved if you do not close Mozilla before shutdown/logout.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Mozilla
2.Bookmark some page by Bookmark/Add bookmark
3.Keep Mozilla open and shutdown
Actual Results: Next time running Mozilla bookmark(s) are away.
Expected Results: Bookmarks are in the list!
This happens on Linux also - i am submitting separately

This is also happens when mozilla crashes..
a normal
killall mozilla-bin
also doesn't save the bookmarks..
OS: Windows 2000 → All
Confirming, downgrading severity.
A proper fix (save bookmarks when change is done) would also fix the bug 101319.

Reporter, does this problem still occur once you upgrade to Mozilla 1.0?
