Have a look at the following attachment:

When you request review and pull down the suggested reviewers you can see a list of David, Andreas, Maja, and myself. We are all peers for testing or specific test modules but not for browser related code.
Dylan, can you please have a look? Thanks.

So should you not be reviewers for Testing :: Marrionette?

Oh, wait. We are showing the suggested reviewers based on the bug component and not the code the attachment is modifying. Means if a bug is in a wrong component we wouldn't see the correct reviewers.
Thinking more about it, it makes sense given that we cannot examine each and every change in an attachment. Suggested reviewers should forward the review instead.
