I am currently using Shockwave Flash 26.0.0.151. Anyway, if I say the open Twitter https://twitter.com/ in another tab, the audio cuts in and out and stutters as the Twitter page loads. I does this in a new, clean profile as well. I installed 52.3.0 ESR version running a separate profile ( "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox ESR\firefox.exe" -p "esr" -no-remote ) using a profile I copied from the 54.0.1 version before updating it 55.0.2. Anyway, this audio stutter stuff does not happen with it. Actual results: Audio cuts in and out in the NBC stream as the Twitter page loads. Expected results: At most the video in the video stream might pause but the audio should not cut in and out.

No, it does not do this with YouTube since HTML5 is being used. I'm going to call this a Flash issue. It is likely that we can't do much about it.

Well, it doesn't happen in 57beta3 with latest Flash so perhaps this will just fix itself.

It still happens in 57beta6, just not as bad.

Well, with 57beta8 and Flash 27.0.0.59 I've not seen the problem for the past two hours watching Fox Sports. Been watching https://www.foxsportsgo.com/event/271952/baylor-at-oklahoma-state I've also not had crash in Flash either. If I start seeing it again I'll install Nightly to test out that Performance Profile.

Well, using 57beta10 now and looks like NBC Sports has changed to a HTML5 player. Watching http://stream.nbcsports.com/nascar/xfinity-series?pid=37548 So, can't really can't test the Flash part now. I'm glad they finally went to HTML5.
