browser_urlbar_keyed_search_reflows.js was added in bug 1387088, but disabled for Linux due to it always timing out.
Attached is a screenshot of the desktop when the timeout occurs.
Not sure what's timing out here, but we should figure it out.

I just took a look, and the newer QuantumBar version of this test seems to be working well on Linux/Windows:

So lets try this on the tree for real.
I didn't bother with the legacy version as that's hopefully going away soon.

It seems to be no longer affected by the previous intermittent/perma failures.
