1. open up a browser 2. open a tab in that browser 3. open the context menu on either tab 4. mouse off the tab & onto the other one (or onto the same tab even) so that the tooltip for that web page appears 5. mouse off any tabs expected result: nothing special actual result: context menu for the tab moves wildly around the screen. Note that if you then mouse back onto a tab, everything returns to normal again. Also note that if you move the browser away from 0, 0 on screen, this gets far worse.
