Overflow menu doesn't keep its pressed state correctly when menu is open

Details

STR:
- Move mouse over the overflow button
- Press the mouse button
- Release the mouse button

Expected:
- Menu opens and the background color of the button remains in the pressed state

Actual:
- Menu opens and the background color goes back to the hover state for a split second, before finally arriving at the pressed state again

The menu button and the library button seem to not have that problem.

Hm, I can't reproduce this in today's nightly anymore
Works for me also. Please reopen if you can still reproduce.
