User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:55.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/55.0 Build ID: 20170814072924 Firefox for Android Steps to reproduce: Issue/missing feature from Firefox on Windows tablets: say you have a small web page that has no scroll bars and there is a text field on the bottom portion of the page; when you tap on the text field, the on screen keyboard is covering it and you cannot see what you are typing. Edge, Chrome for Windows and Safari for iPad move the window on top of the on-screen keyboard (or scroll up when possible) so you can see what you are typing
here's an example to reproduce: if you have a twitter, go to https://twitter.com and tap on "Messages" tab and try typing a message to someone

This is going to be front end work to shift the browser element around or maybe something in dom or maybe toolkit. Definitely not a native widget bug as we do not use child windows for content anymore.
