STR:
On Windows 10, set the DPI to 150% or 175%
Open a new tab
Click the bookmark star
Wait for the bookmark panel to close
Look closely at the library button (it needs to be in the toolbar)
Expected result:
The star will drop in to the library button
Actual result:
The star drops in to the library button but the library button wiggles (may move up, may move side to side)
I believe this is due to fractional differences of translations in the SVG. Bug 1386029 was fixed by changing some of the numbers for the Pocket animation.
