Steps to reproduce: 1. Open a new tab. 2. Manually navigate to about:blank in it. 3. Open another tab. 4. Restart the browser. 5. Restore the session. The about:blank tab's title is now invisible (it was "New Tab" before the restart).

FYI, ～Fx12: Works as expected. ～Fx54: "Mozilla Firefox Start Page" instead of "New Tab" if the tab is only 1st tab. Fx55.0.3, Fx56b9, Nightly57.0a1, "" instead of "New Tab" regardless of the tab position. Duping to bug 1460423 as it's prioritized although I noted in bug 1460423 comment 12 that it could be a Session Restore or Tabbed Browser bug depending on the fix.
