[Note] Please note that this may be an edge case one. [Affected versions]: Firefox 57.0a1 (BuildId:20170905100117) Firefox 56.0b9 (BuildId:20170903140023) [Affected platforms]: Windows 10 64bit Mac 10.11.6 Ubuntu 16.04 64bit [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Launch Firefox. 2. Access the https://devtools-html.github.io/debugger-examples/examples/todomvc/ webpage. 3. Open the debugger. 4. Add ~7 breakpoints. 5. Fastly toggle between "Disable Breakpoints" and "Enable Breakpoints". [Expected result]: All breakpoints are successfully updated. [Actual result]: Some breakpoints remain disabled even tho the "Enable Breakpoints" option, from the breakpoints pane, is selected. [Regression range]: I don't think that this is a regression. [Additional Information] Please observe the attached screencast for further information about this issue.

Hello,
I successfully reproduced the issue using Firefox 57.0a1 (20170817100132) on Windows 10x64.
The issue is verified fixed using Firefox 68.0a1 (20190515213039) and Firefox 67.0 (20190513195729) on Windows 10 x64, macOS 10.14 and Ubuntu 18.04.
However, I have to mention that I tested using context menu options “Disable breakpoints” and “Enable breakpoints” because the checkbox presented in comment 0 is no longer available.
