User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0
Build ID: 20170906220306
Steps to reproduce:
Maximize window.
Actual results:
The minimize, restore and close buttons (window controls) don't extend all the way up to the top of the screen. Instead there is a gap above them, which makes them harder to target. See attached screenshot.
Expected results:
They should extend all the way to the top of the screen.

Seems to affect all default themes on Windows 10: Light/dark, compact/normal/touch. Confirmed with addons disabled.
