Opening Firefox Nightly onto Windows 10 environment will show the loading icon for several seconds.
[Steps:]
1. Open Firefox
[Actual Result:]
The cursor loading icons "loads" for a few seconds.

In terms of regression range, the version 57.0a1 20170810100255 seems to be working fine, but I update a more accurate regression range for this.

Mark 57 fixed as bug 1395187 was fixed in 57.
