By bug 1345267, we don't support non-NEON device on Android. So we should remove android/armv6 support from build config such as http://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/67f38de2443e6b613d874fcf4d2cd1f2fc3d5e97/build/autoconf/android.m4#45
:snorp, should we still keep armv6-android build config? By bug 1345267, we don't support non-NEON device.
