Steps to reproduce:
57.0a1 (2017-09-06) (64-Bit)
macOS 10.12.6
1.) Show Bookmarks Bar
2.) Take a look at the space below the favicons
Actual results:
The Bookmarks Bar height looks smaller comparing to the Navbar or Tabstrip height.
Expected results:
There could be some more pixels below the favicons to match the height of Tabstrip or Navbar.
