Tested on Windows 7 with Nightly 57.0a1(2017-09-13) and I also have some dimensions that don't match the specifications. Please see the attached file, the action button has 30px, the awesome bar field has 30px and the distance from the identity field is about 8px.

This bug is reproducible on Windows 10x64, with latest Nightly 57.0a1, build ID 20170913220121. See attachment "Windows10_TouchMode-Toolbar.jpg".
