I've read https://wiki.mozilla.org/Github, and need help with the following. I was asked to move https://github.com/tomrittervg/fxc2 under the mozilla org. Could I have a team 'mingw-compilers' created with me as the sole member (and team leader)? If that's insufficient permission to create repos, could a 'fxc2' repo be created with this new team permissioned onto it?
