When opening the New Tab page, it's not possible to reach the cogwheel in the top right corner using the "tab" button (unlike other items on the page).

This should be fixed in Nightly 61.0a1 20180320220122 now that bug 1432672 makes about:newtab preferences open up about:preferences.

I've reproduced the issue using Firefox 60.0 on Win 10x64.
Bug fix is verified with Firefox 61.0b5 on Windows 10x64, MacOS X 10.10.5 and Ubuntu 16.04x64 and 62.0a1 (2018-05-15) on Windows 10x64.
I can confirm that the issue is fixed.
