I no longer use the master password feature, so it's difficult for me to replicate.

A very related issue seems to happen now with TB 91 (on Mac OS). I had multiple tabs open and after a restart, multiple dialog windows open to enter the password. However, once the second/third overlays the other ones and you enter the password there, the other ones do not get visible again. You can see the windows in the "Windows" menu but you cannot make them visible.
As a consequence, TB is NOT USABLE right now as it does not react any more. Even in safe mode, this cannot be fixed (as all extensions should be disabled there, I assume it is not related to a specific extension).
Please fix this ASAP!

We'll handle this in the bug 1726561 which you filed.

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:101.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/101.0
Steps to reproduce:
Step 1> Signin in firefox browser so that your login are synced.
Step 2> Save password for a website ( for example bugzilla.mozilla.org)
Step 3> Setup a primary password for firefox web-browser
Step 4> Try to view/copy the saved password for a website. "about:logins?filter=bugzilla.mozilla.org"
Step 5> While viewing/coping the password primary password popup will come.
Step 6> Within 1 sec the popup will disappear and re-appear, once you enter the primary password, we will not be able to click on the browser, cannot open new tab, only way to get rid of it is to quit and re-open firefox.
Step 7> Popup disappearing and re-appearing is the trigger. This is intermittent issue.
