1. Launch Nightly 57.0a1
2. Change Windows theme with High Contrast #1
3. Set the Firefox theme to Light
[Expected Result]: Minimize/Maximize/Close buttons should be visible.
[Actual Result]: Minimize/Maximize/Close buttons aren't visible.

There's little reason why a user would enable a high-contrast theme in Windows and the Light theme in Firefox.
