Sometimes I want to audit the granted permissions to extensions for privacy and performance.

This is intended to be addressed via Project Jazz [1], although not necessarily via changes to the Add-ons Manager. There is a plan to expose which permissions are granted to extensions via the UI. No bug has been filed for this feature, but a tracking bug for the project exists [2]. Mark, do you think it's worth filing a bug now about the changes that we intend to make for permissions for Project Jazz, and then duping this bug to that?
