Items in the Downloads subview seem to change size when I hover over them. This causes a scrollbar to appear, and/or following items to shift position. See screen recording.

I have also noticed this. As far as I can tell the ones which cause the items to change size have the "File moved or missing" text instead of the date. I imagine it's caused by the fact that files with that text have longer status lines, and those lines get the overflow ... added to them when they are highlighted, which probably changes their height.
