1.Launch Firefox.
2.Open the New Tab page.
3.Click the Top sites edit button.
4.Resize Firefox.

[Expected result]:
No UI issues are encountered.

[Actual result]:
The "Done" button is displayed outside the parent window.

[Regression range]:
I don't think that this is a regression.
