When using multiple tabs, the padlock in the bottom right of the browser
indicates the security of the first tab only.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open insecure page in first tab
2. Open secure page in second tab
3. Highlight second tab

Actual Results:  Padlock does not indicate second tab as being secure and
clicking on padlock with tab two highlighted shows security information for
first tab.

Expected Results:  Show security for highlighted tab.
