[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: Severely degraded performance on Google Docs. No profile for it at the moment, but I noticed tonight that Google Docs was acting *very* sluggish for me - slow painting, CPU spikes, lagging selections, etc. On a whim, I flipped the layers.omtp.enabled pref to false and things seem much better. Can you try and get a profile? In the meanwhile I'll try and see if there's a way I can reproduce this locally. Also, could you compare OMTP on/off for you with Direct2D disabled?

I've been experiencing this as well but just tried to reproduce in a clean profile with omtp enabled and can't.
Of course, I can still reproduce in my main profile which does have omtp enabled. I'll try disabling.
Although I can't reproduce this particular issue, I suspect the patch in bug 1405589 will fix this as well.
