Build number: 58.0a1 (2017-10-05) (64-bit) OS version: macOS Sierra 10.12.6 (16G29) Steps to reproduce: 1. You need to connect two external monitors to your Mac to reproduce this. 2. Open two browser windows, and open some websites in them 3. Place one browser window on first external monitor 4. Place the other browser window on second external monitor 5. Click the "Restart to update Nightly" button. Expected result: After the browser is updated and restarts, each window should be placed on its respective external monitor. Actual result: After the browser is updated and restarts, both windows are placed on one and the same external monitor.
