Steps to reproduce:
The hero section of the website http://cinopa.in was working fine before the update. It is still rendered correct in Google Chrome.
Actual results:
The content inside the SVG is not visible now.
Expected results:
The SVG elements should be visible. It was visible till the update.

works OK on trunk. Presumably fixed by bug 1397671
