use 'Favorites button' to add a bookmark
When a user adds 'bookmarks menu button' to the toolbar in customizing or 'bookmarking tools', His purpose is to quickly access the bookmarks toolbar. When he uses 'Favorites button' to add a bookmark, the current animation effect is the star fall into the 'library button'.
I think the actual purpose of this animation is add bookmark to the 'bookmarks' menu in the library button. Then when the user adds 'bookmarks menu button' to the toolbar, the animation effect should also be applied to the 'bookmark menu button'.
If we keep the current animation effect, may make the user unclear whether the bookmark is added to the bookmark menu.(see attachment)
