Next steps here probably include: 1. Deciding if we want to use the default code of conduct that github recommends [0] which is the contributor covenant [1]. I assume some other mozilla projects have one of these too. Maybe there is a default mozilla one. 2. Write a simple CONTRIBUTING.md that we can copy-pasta into all of our projects 3. I believe 99% of our projects have the MPL-2 license. We should get that up to 100% other than any exceptions that might want to use other licenses for some reason (I'm thinking of neutrino and friends kinda stuff. 4. Do we want issue/PR templates?
