(Whiteboard: [psm-backlog])

In bug 783994, PSM has been changed to use the NSS sql database format, by switching a preference, and by explicitly configuring the NSS init path to use the sql: prefix. However, NSS will also be switched to use the sql format by default, in bug 1377940. The Firefox tests need to be made compatible with this upcoming change. Currently, there are some tests that fail. This try build should tell us the TODO items: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=2d28552877265fab67c79c842fb6944f4fac8d6a
Summary: Ensure PSM works correctly if the NSS default database format is set to sql → Ensure tests work correctly if the NSS default database format is set to sql

Bug 1377940 shipped a while ago, and everything seems to be working, so I think we're good to go here.
