In particular, I should, as suggested by bz, land the legend shadow dom test without flushes, on top of that. And also probably the display: contents one. I can think of a few others, but I really wanted to get that bug landed today, so I'll land them tomorrow.

This is superceeded by all the css-scoping tests we've written / imported so far, and I don't think wasting cycles on this is worth it right now.
