58.0a1 (2017-10-28) (64-bit) Mac OS X I updated from the 10-27 nightly to the 10-28 nightly, with five windows open. Four were restored in the correct place. One was restored as if I'd dragged it down ~2 inches.
I've seen this happen too, but _very_ rarely. So I can't reproduce it reliably, I'm afraid.

Note: privacy.resistFingerprinting = true is known to interfere with the stored window state flags, position and dimensions.
