This bug is only related to windowed plugin. If we do not support windowed plugin, this bug is not valid. Bug 1296400 is going to disable windowed plugin and the windowed plugin is used only on windows. On linux, Bug 1338172 disabled windowed plugin.
Then we might not need to support windowed plugin on windows.

This test is enabled with WR and seems to be passing. Do we try to handle windowed plugins with WR? Or can we close this bug?
