Actual results: One user confirmed via Windows event logs a BEX64 crash involving Faulting application name: firefox.exe, version: 56.0.1.6484 Faulting module name: LVPrcInj01.dll_unloaded, version: 0.0.0.0 LVPrcInj01.dll is associated with a Logitech camera. Four users with non-starting Firefox reported success uninstalling their Logitech cameras and then installing updated software: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1179822#answer-1019375 https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1181740#answer-1021470 https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1181405#answer-1022798 https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1182427 (marked solution) Expected results: Firefox should somehow work around this problem DLL.

jscher2000, thanks for reporting this problem! Do you have any crash report links on your Firefox's about:crashes page? The crash report IDs look like "bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx".
Hi Chris, I did not experience this myself. Users reports that the Mozilla Crash Reporter is not displayed. The only clue we had was a Windows event log entry (first SuMo thread linked in Description).
