Currently, it does nothing at all, which is a step back from Netscape 4.7, which at least opened a URL-entry field and then opened a new window for the typed URL. The IE behavior is better, because it provides access to all the URL-completion fields of a normal browser window. Similarly, QA:File A Bug does nothing without an open window.
