Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Nightly (or run mozregression-gui)
2. Enable remote debugging
3. Open Browser Toolbox (Ctrl+Shift+Alt+I)
4. Disable popup auto hide
5. Right click on nav-bar (or any buttons)
6. Inspect popup menu
7. If cannot find it, enter "#toolbar-context-menu" in the searchbox
8. Expand #toolbar-context-menu node

If you cannot reproduce using above steps, please try the following popup menus...
- menubar > Tools > Web Developer > (#webDeveloperMenu)
- menubar > View > Sidebar > (#viewSidebarMenuMenu)
- Show bookmarks sidebar > Open sidebar menu (#sidebarMenu-popup)

Actual Results:
Inspector often cannot inspect menupopup nodes, then blank node will be displayed in markup view. Please find the attached movie.

Expected Results:
It always works fine.

This is another STR:
1. Launch Nightly (or Firefox 42+)
2. Open about:preferences > Applications
3. Open Inspector (Ctrl+Shift+C)
4. Inspect richlistitem > xul:label in #handlersView

In this case, unable to inspect into richlistitem. If it is same issue, regression range is as below.

I think this was fixed by Bug 1465873 as per local testing and https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1465873#c9
