From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.0rc1) Gecko/20020417 BuildID: 2002041711 when i input chinese (gb2312) characters in the url textbox and click the "search" button to perform google search, the characters are turned into question marks (something like "????") and the search fails. there's no such a problem for english words. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.input whatever chinese characters in the url textbox 2.click the "search" button 3. Actual Results: all the chinese characters are changed into question marks and the search fails Expected Results: should be able to perform searches including chinese characters
