User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:58.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/58.0
Build ID: 20171101104430
Steps to reproduce:
0. Set DPI scaling level as 125%.
1. Reload a page and notice the stop-reload icon, as it changes between its static and animated versions.
Actual results:
The animated version seems to be at a slightly different position than the static version, making the transition not very smooth. See attachment
