This reminds me of `SpecialPowers.pushPrefEnv`. Tried the test without `SpecialPowers.pushPrefEnv` and the result was good[1]. However, I tried the latest mc as well and didn't see any browser_siteData.js failure either[2]. This is confusing me. Maybe should increase the try run times to see the issue but I don't like to keep pushing Try too much. CC myself and would like to observe this intermittent issue. In the last 7 days there have been 33 occurrences most on OSX 10 Opt, and some on Windows 7 and Linux 32 & 64, pgo.

There are 23 total failures in the last 7 days and 102 in the last 30 days. The frequency is higher on osx-10-10 opt and linux. Since there is no progress activity on the bug, made a patch to disable the test on the above mentioned platforms.

Hi! Made some adjustments to the disable syntax, opted to go for all Linux since there are 18 failures on linux !debug builds and added !debug to the osx part. Joel, thanks in advance for looking over this.
