Since page actions got support to be moved to the page action menu (oh, the terminology...), disabled page actions show up like an enabled action in the address bar when pinned to the address bar (which they are after each startup, but that's a different bug). Steps to reproduce: - Install add-on with page action (in my case RES) - Open a page where it is disabled (in RES's case anything that's not a subreddit) Expected result: can not see the page action, or it has a clear disabled state. Actual result: Page action is visible and looks like it is enabled.
